When you come across these, does anyone else take their pencil, black out of all the answer choices, and then scrawl onto the page, "It doesn't matter because I can guarantee you that sucker's getting overturned on appeal."

Yes, I'm exaggerating, but some of the questions....really!

what are the options? because while she was not seriously injured, he actually slapped her with a gun, and he is a felon, and therefore the felon-in-possession statute upped his mere assault to a felony and the result of the commission of his felony was that she got knocked backwards into the street and a car had to swerve to miss her and instead hit a lightpole which fell on the car and killed the driver? so, felony murder?
